I started making kombucha (fermented sweet tea) in 2022. Kombucha is a slightly sweet and tangy, naturally carbonated beverage known for its probiotic health benefits. It’s a surprisingly refreshing drink and a great alternative to sugary soda and juice, overly carbonated beverages like seltzer and club soda (which always burn my nose), and artificially flavored waters. Kombucha is my go-to drink and I love introducing people to this unique and beneficial tonic.
